Welcome to Björnstrxng. Since 2023, I've built this space to help people grow stronger, inside and out. What started as an empty horse stable in Fisherwick has become a private, driven community built on effort, standards, and real results.

Every Member is coached directly by me. I've worked with everyone from beginners to athletes, with a focus on progress and shared ambition. Björnstrxng is a community that trains together, competes together, and stays connected.

Björnstrxng specialises in strength and performance, posture correction, injury rehab, nutrition, weight management, mental wellbeing and more. Everything is built around helping you move better, live better, and feel stronger for longer.
