What's your cancellation policy for sessions?

All in-person sessions require a strict 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Anything cancelled within this period will not be stored and will be counted as attended. This keeps the diary fair and avoids lost slots that can't be reused.

What notice do I need to stop training?

You must give two weeks' notice if you intend to stop training so space can be advertised. Without this notice, a 25% late cancellation fee on your next block is charged, and further action will be taken if this payment isn't made.

When do I pay for my next block or month?

Payments for in-person training blocks or online coaching cycles must be made prior to starting the next phase. Programmes are reserved and tailored based on confirmed payments, so coaching cannot continue until the next block is settled.

What happens if I'm late to my session?

Your session will always start and finish at the scheduled time out of fairness to your coach and other Members, no matter how early or late you are. This ensures the day runs smoothly and everyone gets the time they've booked and paid for.

Are sessions or online payments refundable?

All payments for Personal Training blocks and Online Training are non-refundable, as your space, programme, and coaching time are secured in advance. Missed sessions also can't be rolled over unless proper notice has been given.

Can I pause my in-person or online Membership?

Pauses can be arranged for things like holidays, work travel, or medical issues, but they must be requested before your next payment date. Pauses can't be applied once a block has started, as programming and diary slots are already allocated.
