Feats

22.12 to 23.12

Just two days determined the final Feats of 2025, and it landed with everything that's made this year special - big efforts and tight margins, delivered by Faye Summers, David Jordan, Tom Dormand, Jony Ellis, Vinita Parmar, and Jeff Smith.

Feats Finale

With Rob Conway and Faye Summers locked on 31 Feats each, it came down to a team effort to decide number 32. Through a plethora of personal bests, Team Faye's David Jordan, Tom Dormand, and Faye tallied 1,158 points to Team Rob's 1,156.

Frostbite

Relentless one-minute efforts met ruthless holds as Frostbite tested both output and resolve. Jony Ellis and his little helper took the win on 742 to finish the year strong, while Vinita Parmar claimed her fifteenth Feat of 2025 with 270 points.

Finish Line

The final push of 2025 was a race through ten functional movements, including a 1,000m row and the dreaded man-makers. Jeff Smith powered through at 11:35, before Faye Summers added one final twist by taking her 33rd Feat at 11:18.

Everyone has showed up, pushed and pulled on, and conquered the Feats. Enjoy Christmas, and take pride in what you've built. 2026 is coming, and it's going to be the best year yet. For now, congratulations Faye, David, Tom, Jony, Vinita, and Jeff!

Feats

15.12 to 19.12

Shoulders were scorched, forearms were fried, and quads were left quaking as the penultimate week of the 2025 season saw Jony Ellis, Vinita Parmar, Ben Crutchley, a debuting Julien Smith, Rob Conway, and Sarah Dauncey land timely top spots.

Pec Deck the Halls

This one saw five random push picks build the score before pen-colour-decided pec deck variations finished the chest off. Jony Ellis didn't keep his stuffy Christmas jumper on for long as he powered to 439, while Vinita Parmar delivered a clutch 379.

Biceps Blizzard

Ben Crutchley and Feats debutant Julien Smith were served fried forearms as their session starter as Biceps Blizzard brought six minutes of bicep-burning reps. They scored 602, pipping Björnstrxng's power couple Tom Dormand and Sophie Entwisle.

Freeze!

Legs were left as robust as candy canes as max-rep lower body and core work was paired with a hold equivalent. Rob Conway's 822 secured him Feat number 31 of the year, while Sarah Dauncey's 10-minute wall sit drove an enormous 1,462.

Congratulations Jony, Vinita, Ben, Julien, Rob, and Sarah! With just Monday and Tuesday left for the final Feats of 2025, the Christmas showdown awaits - and with Rob Conway and Faye Summers tied on 31 Feats for the year, it's all to play for.

Feats

08.12 to 12.12

Spirits are high and the festive fire is more ferocious as ever from the Björnstrxng studio as Pete Campbell, Rob Conway, Sophie Entwisle, Johanna Ahrberg-Jackson, Jez Grove, and Sarah Dauncey made it a week worth wrapping up.

Jingle Dumbbells

A sleigh-ride of pressing power as Members pushed through a 04:00 AMSAP before diving straight into a 04:00 cardio round. Pete Campbell and Rob Conway rang in a joint win at 76, while Sophie Entwisle jingled all the way to the women's win with 62.

Snowman-Makers

Frostbite-fuelled pull power. Members stacked points and multiplied them via man-makers. Pete claimed his second Feat of the week with a huge 572, and Johanna Ahrberg-Jackson pulled off a Christmas miracle with her first ever Feats win on 396.

Winter Wildcard

Turning legs to slush with ten random exercise picks and durations decided by the colour of the pen drawn next, Jez Grove demonstrated a festive fight to stay standing with 447, while Sarah Dauncey battled the blizzard to rule as ice queen with 553.

Congratulations Pete, Rob, Sophie, Johanna, Jez, and Sarah for bringing the effort and energy as 2025 winds down. However, there's still work to be done. As always, Feats will be back next week with more festive fun to shake off the mince pies.

Feats

01.12 to 05.12

The first week of festive Feats saw Ben Crutchley, Sophie Entwisle, Rob Conway, Sarah Dauncey, and David Jordan claim early December wins to earn their advent calendars as they pushed through cold weather with red-hot competitiveness.

High 25

A test of strength across five ferocious five-rep maxes, stacking kilos like presents. Ben Crutchley led the men with a huge 450 kilo effort, while Sophie Entwisle edged out Johanna Ahrberg-Jackson by just 5 kilos for the women's win at a 245 total.

Ho-Ho-Hold

Members were thrown into rounds lined with Grinch cards that forced restarts if form slipped. Rob Conway held his nerve for 1,274 points, and Sarah Dauncey finished at 1,352, beating training partner Sophie by 5. Christmas karma at its finest.

Naughty & Nice

Duos were paired together for a blend of point-building strength sets and lighter AMRAP speed work, with scores averaged for the final result. Rob Conway and David Jordan secured their second straight team win with 185 points.

Congratulations to Ben, Sophie, Rob, Sarah, and David for opening the month with serious festive fire. With more Christmas-themed Feats landing next week, the leaderboard is wide open and the December drama has only just begun!

Feats

24.11 to 28.11

The final week before festive Feats brought freezing weather but zero chill from Ben Crutchley, Sophie Entwisle, Aaron Stevens, and duo Elise Wild & Millie Ryde as they all closed November in style, pushing hard before the Christmas chaos.

Checkpoint

Push your limits and risk starting the round again, or play it safe and keep your score alive. With three checkpoints - push, pull, and legs - Ben Crutchley returned from illness to overcome them all at 891, while Sophie Entwisle led the women with 904.

Afterburn

Ten functional movements - from long jumps to man-makers - rolled straight into core finishers to claw back minutes and seconds. Aaron Stevens stormed the leaderboard with 02:52, and Sophie claimed her second win with a fiery -00:22.

Goblet of Fire

This one saw partners alternate between lower-body work and goblet squats before Coach Joe dropped the ace card: repeat, switch roles, combine scores, divide by two. Mother-daughter duo Elise Wild & Millie Ryde rose above the flames with 233 reps.

A huge well done to all Feats winners this week - Ben, Sophie, Aaron, Elise & Millie - and to the Members who turned up and brought the heat. Festive Feats begin next week, with the usual competition and Christmas carnage coming in hot - or cold!

Feats

17.11 to 21.11

Three challenges, six winners in Rob Conway, David Jordan, Aaron Stevens, Faye Summers, Stu Dunn, and Vinita Parmar, and enough sweat and tears to suggest competitors were close to saying "I'm a Björnstrxng Member... get me out of here!"

Pushtucker Trial

In teams of two, three five-rep maxes were followed by an AMSAP and delt melting holds, testing push work as one unit. Scores were combined and the early mark from Rob Conway and David Jordan stood all week, their 1,181 proving untouchable.

Twist of Fate

This back and core crusade blended five randomly selected pull movements with weighted Russian twists, where loads were dictated only by a pen colour draw. Aaron Stevens took the men's lead at 379, and Faye Summers claimed another win on 274.

Quick Step

A race against spiralling fatigue as quad-dominant work collided with step-ups to force output as the clock tightened. Stu Dunn won his first Feat since January with 308, and Coach Vinita Parmar set the standard for her Linx Members with 298.

A standout week from a standout roster. Congratulations to Rob, David, Aaron, Faye, Stu, and Coach Vinita. One final week remains before the Christmas-themed Feats take over. Festive chaos coming, but Coach Joe is bringing DOMS, not dessert.

Feats

10.11 to 14.11

With standout performances from Rob Conway, Faye Summers, Aaron Stevens, Vinita Parmar, Connor Thacker, and Sarah Foley, this week's Feats produced record-breaking numbers, first-time wins, and everything in-between.

5RMed Forces

Members started with a bench five-rep max where every 1% of bodyweight lifted knocked a second off their time, before launching into pushing speed rounds. Rob Conway scored a rapid 03:52, and Faye Summers stunned the studio with 04:20.

Blank or Plank

This six-stage core gauntlet demanded perfect form for 30 seconds before dropping into a weighted plank. Aaron Stevens returned to top form with 1,363 points, and Faye Summers secured her thirtieth Feat of the year with an impressive 764.

Triple Threat

Our first trio Feat split Members across push, pull, legs, and cardio stations. On the final day, a last-minute surge delivered a miracle victory for Vinita Parmar, first-time winner Connor Thacker, and a relentless Sarah Foley, who posted a combined 1,600.

A huge well done to Rob, Faye, Aaron, Vinita, Connor, and Sarah - who all pushed through every Feat with intent. As always, the next rendition brings brand-new formats, fresh challenges, and a chance for even more new names to rise.

Feats

03.11 to 07.11

A quad-killer, a full-body frenzy, and a functional fryer. Another week of big efforts and even bigger scores, with James Ball, Sarah Dauncey, Pete Campbell, Denyse Price, and Millie Ryde leading the charge across all three Feats.

Thunder Thighs

Five minutes to rack up sets before a quad-melting wall sit finisher. Deadlifts, squats, leg extensions and burpee box jumps set the pace. James Ball won the men with 18, and Sarah Dauncey topped the women with an incredible 35.

Burn & Turn

A rapid rotation blending strength and cardio. Incline press, push-ups, dead rows, squats, sprints, cleans and rowing all featured. Pete Campbell took the win with 313, while Denyse Price secured 223 for Feat win number five this year.

Echo Chamber

A full-body functional push where combined pair scores set the leaderboard. Man-makers, hang cleans and up-downs made up the grind amongst many others. Millie Ryde and Sarah Dauncey were the only duo to crack 1,000, finishing on 1,160.

Another massive week in the books, with James, Sarah, Pete, Denyse, and Millie all bringing the heat. Unreal efforts all round as the progress keeps stacking ahead of winter. Coming up - new Feats, but the same unstoppable Björnstrxng community.

Feats

27.10 to 31.10

With number six haunting every challenge, it's been five days of frightening Feats. James Ball, Vinita Parmar, Rob Conway, Sam Young, Sophie Entwisle, and Sarah Dauncey duelled with the devil for their demonic dubs this week.

The Reaper's Circuit

Six brutal drop-set pushing rounds stood between Members and the Reaper himself - the only way out was to beat the burn before he caught you. James Ball tore through six rounds in 05:00, and Vinita Parmar led the women with 07:02.

Graveyard Shift

Six minutes. Six exercises. Infinite ways to dig your own grave. Broken form meant contestants were buried instantly with a score reset to zero. Rob Conway clawed his way to 153 repetitions, while Sam Young rose from the mist with 179.

Trick or Treat

Lift light or face the fright. Six team picks decided your fate, each hiding a "treat" and a truly cursed option. A lower-body tag-team horror show from start to finish. Sophie Entwisle and Sarah Dauncey carved out a monstrous 917 points.

A huge congratulations to James, Vinita, Rob, Sam, Sophie, and Sarah for stepping into the darkness this week - you pushed the limits, embraced the chaos, and proved that Björnstrxng Members don't scare easy in the face of fright.

20.10 to 24.10

From muscle endurance to core control to teamwork under pressure. Rob Conway, Helen Campbell, Jez Grove, Sophie Entwisle, Jony Ellis, and Faye Summers showcased Björnstrxng brilliance to earn phenomenal Feats wins.

Hump Pump

The AMSAP returned for four minutes of glute galore before a cycle sprint finish. Those humps were pumping as Rob Conway powered to victory with 18, while Helen Campbell and Coach Vinita Parmar shared the crown at 16 apiece.

Core Blimey

Through Russian presses, mountain climbers, Kobe crunches, a plank finisher and more, Jez Grove held strong with 355 points, and Sophie Entwisle narrowly edged out Millie Ryde with an impressive score of 409 for her 18th Feats win of 2025.

Power Couple

Push your luck and pray your partner delivers. Five weighted draws followed by five bodyweight tests - before the swap. Jony Ellis and Faye Summers proved to be the perfect pair under pressure, storming the leaderboard with 15,820 points.

Another incredible week of elite performances from across the community. Congratulations Rob, Helen, Jez, Sophie, Jony, and Faye. Brace yourselves for the next rendition, when hallowed Feats arrive to test who dares go beyond.

Feats

13.10 to 17.10

Fast, fiery, and full of fight. From upper-body burnouts to lightning-paced challenges and partner power plays, Ben Crutchley, Faye Summers, Rob Conway, Sam Young, Tom Cowgill, and Toby Barnes left absolutely nothing in the tank.

Drop Zone

Drop Zone saw Members push through brutal drop sets that torched the chest, melted delts, and tested triceps. Ben Crutchley dominated again with 310 reps, and Faye Summers made a stunning return post-ankle surgery with 290 reps.

Deadly 60

Six exercises, ten reps each, all about speed and composure under pressure. Rob Conway blitzed the multiple forms of rows and core work in 01:42, and Sam Young powered to another victory for the women with a time of 02:46.

Double Time

Double Time doubled the intensity, pairing up Members to see who could multiply their momentum. One partner pushed on the bike while the other stacked reps before switching. Tom Cowgill and Toby Barnes claimed victory with 1,750 points.

A big congratulations to Ben, Faye, Rob, Sam, Tom, and Toby. Every Member pushed hard and fought for their place in the top five, and the only question now is - who's ready to top the leaderboards in Hump Pump, Core Blimey, and Power Couple?

Feats

06.10 to 09.10

Feats to prove your endurance, speed, and composure. Ben Crutchley, Elise Wild, Pete & Helen Campbell, David Jordan, and Vinita Parmar did exactly that as they found their rhythm when the odds - and the timer - were stacked against them.

Push Your Luck

Fate was in contestants' hands as ten pushing exercises were drawn, each paired with a pen colour dictating their fate - standard, paused, or one-and-a-half reps. Only two broke the 300 barrier: Ben Crutchley with 377, and Elise Wild at 319.

Momentum

Four rounds, with rest times shrinking each go. Members had to keep momentum, or they'd crumble under the clock. A Campbell couple conquest saw Pete storm it in 05:33, while Helen matched the energy, winning her first ever Feat in 11:03.

Beat The Streak

Members chased streak bonuses by hitting perfect sets of five - but one misstep, and the points vanished. David Jordan reached new heights with 1,050 points, while Vinita Parmar, Björnstrxng's pending online coach, claimed victory with 645.

An electric mix of risk, resilience, and relentless drive - this week's Feats tested skill, focus, and strategy in equal measure. Congratulations to Ben, Elise, Pete, Helen, David, and Vinita for raising the bar once again. More of the same next week!

Feats

29.09 to 03.10

Rob Conway, Sam Young, Jeff Smith, Jony Ellis, and Elise Wild brought it as Lockout tested precision and power under pressure, Pillars of Power brought the burn, and Mr & Mrs let fate decide who would shine and who would suffer.

Lockout

An upper-body showdown demanding flawless form. Fail midway and your points were gone. Rob Conway secured the men's title with 290 points - his 23rd Feat of the year, and Sam Young won her first of two Feats this week with 205 points.

Pillars of Power

A Björnlympics favourite returned, solo style. Backpack step-ups, cycle sprints, trap bar deadlifts, and a leg extension hold brought the burn. Jeff Smith earned his first-ever Feats win with 330 points, while Sam Young made it two in one week with 254.

Mr & Mrs

Upper, lower, contestant's choice, or Coach's pick. Jony Ellis had his son Kasper pick his slips - and paid the price. One of his toughest sessions yet, but worth it with a winning score of 302 points. Elise Wild won it for the women with 236.

Huge shoutout to Rob, Sam, Jeff, Jony, and Elise for some phenomenal Feats performances. Next week's Feats promise even more unpredictability - new formats, fresh challenges, and plenty of bragging rights on the line as always.

Fireball. Pacemaker. Corezone. Three names that will live long in the memory and the muscles of Björnstrxng Members, especially for Toby Barnes, Ben Crutchley, Pete Campbell, Sophie Entwisle, Faye Summers, and Millie Ryde.

Fireball

A quad-burning inferno, Fireball required contestants to complete functional lower body sets that were met with descending rounds of Squat Slams. Toby Barnes powered his way to 272, and Sophie Entwisle won it for the women at 295.

Pacemaker

Five primers and one finisher. Pace yourself for the Bench Press 5RM, or risk everything early and fade fast. Ben Crutchley edged it by a second at 00:44, and Faye Summers made her long-awaited return to form as she clocked in at 01:15.

Corezone

Core carnage. Ten options, five picks. Aaron Stevens held firm with 265 points, but the standout was Millie Ryde, winning her first Feat of the year with 375 points thanks to Planks, Dead Hangs, and determination to beat her mum, Elise Wild.

With Fireball, Pacemaker, and Corezone behind us, Members can't rest easy. This week, chance returns to the forefront with Feats of fortune, and fresh upper and lower body tests will demand every ounce of strength and stamina. Who's ready?

Feats

17.09 to 19.09

Half the week, double the effort. Old names proved why they're Björnstrxng legends, and new faces rose to the spotlight as Rob Conway, Pete Campbell, Holly Kelly, Sarah Foley, and Sarah Dauncey are our Feats fantastic five.

Repocalypse

This push-based points builder started with a one rep max on the Bench Press before a gauntlet of fail sets melted the delts of competitors. Rob Conway stormed to 377 points, while Holly Kelly edged past Vinita Parmar with 360 points.

Back in the Swing

James Ball's creation had Members swinging for the fences (and James's head) in a brutal 5-minute kettlebell gauntlet. Rob notched his 22nd Feat of the year with 145 repetitions, while Sarah Foley claimed her first ever Feats win with 135 reps.

The Fateful Eight

Destiny decided this leg destroyer: eight picks, eight punishments, score high or hold long. Pete Campbell played the gamble for 887 points, but Sarah Dauncey stole the show with 1,170, thanks in part to a 10-minute Wall Sit that defied belief.

With Repocalypses survived, swings conquered, and fateful gambles made, Members made it a half week to remember. Next week, Vlxg 5 is coming, and it promises to capture every rep, roar, and ounce of Feats frenzy. Bring your A-game!

Feats

This week's Feats were about scoring bonus points for Björnlympics 4 and proving which team has the grit to rise in the sea of pink. Rob Conway, David Jordan, Sam Young, Pete Campbell, and Holly Kelly have set the stage.

Synergy

As seen in Vlxg 3, Rob Conway and David Jordan proved unstoppable as a duo, taking their second win in a row. From Rowing-and-Plank penalties to Cycle-and-Wall Sits and punishing Dip-and Hold finishers, they powered through in 10:15.

Björnlympic Trials

This Olympic-lift inspired point-builder gave Members the chance to bank some early points for Björnlympics 4. Sunday's captains pulled through as Rob racked up 30 extra points for Team Titan, while Sam Young bagged 28 for Team Hera.

Björnlympic Ballot

Five picks. Eight potential exercises. Each rep or second held counted, with scores divided by 10 and converted into team points for Björnlympics 4. Pete Campbell scored 52 points for Team Hera, while Holly Kelly hit 50 to top the women's side.

The Feats are done, the bonus points are locked, and the stage is set. This Sunday, 7 September, Björnlympics 4 erupts in a pink storm as Team Athena, Team Hera, Team Zeus, and Team Titan collide for Cancer Research UK. Let's get it!

Tug of War

Bringing the teamwork test with back-and-core speed moves including the Rower, Snatches, Sit Ups, Swings and more, Rob Conway and David Jordan stormed through to finish in 07:02 - despite David's well-published weekend shenanigans!

Pump It

Members rotated through Raises, Kick Backs, Curls, and Presses in 03:30 of pure pump. Jez Grove came out on top for the men with 14 sets, while Vinita Parmar, Elise Wild, and Sophie Entwisle tied on 12 to share the women's crown.

Legion

Five lucky - or unlucky - dips of Leg Extensions, Squats, Lunges, and Weighted Jumps, all scored until absolute failure. James Ball racked up 170 repetitions, and Sam Young edged it on the women's side with a relentless 173 reps.

Congrats to everyone who took part this week - every Feat is sharpening you up for what's to come. It's full steam ahead as we march into Björnlympics 4 on 7 September, where strength, endurance, and teamwork collide for Cancer Research.

Double Dip

Our duo point builder returned in the form of push this week, featuring High Five Push Ups, Med Ball Passes, Bench Dips. and more. Sophie Entwisle and Sarah Dauncey dominated again, scoring 945 to prove their partnership is unstoppable.

Brace Yourself

Four exercises, four reps each, four rounds as fast as possible. Members faced Clean & Press, Rolling Push-Ups, and more to test upper body power and speed. Pete Campbell stormed through in 05:37, while Sam Young finished at 07:00.

SummerSlam

An AMSAP challenge with reps increasing each round. Scoop Slams, Oblique Slams, and more pushed core and conditioning to the max, but it was no match for Toby Barnes and Tom Cowgill who drew at 31 sets, while Vinita Parmar scored 26.

Tag Team

Our first duo comp tested lower body endurance and team strategy. Pairs completed a 01:00 Rower, a Wall Sit, and other collaborative exercises for points. Sophie Entwisle and Sarah Dauncey came out on top with an unmatched 890.

Congratulations to all the winners and everyone who pushed through these creative challenges. Whether chasing speed, strength, or teamwork, the Feats continue to push Members to new heights. See you next week for more!

High Five

Five exercises, five reps each, five rounds as fast as you can. With a plethora of overhead challenges in the mix, it was a pure shoulder scorcher as James Ball took the win with 06:14, and Sam Young won it for the women at 07:48.

Helle

Created by Mrs. Björnstrxng herself, Elle Turner, this was a savage blend of leg moves and the Rower, with distance decreasing but reps per set increasing each exercise. Pete Campbell crushed 12 sets in 06:30, and Holly finished strong with 8.

Well done to our winners this week - James for going back-to-back, Rob for reclaiming top spot, Pete for setting an untouchable pace, Sam for her speed, and Holly for doubling her dominance. Rest up, and let's take next week by storm, too!

28.07 to 01.08

Aaron Stevens joined Rob Conway at the top of the leaderboard with 16 wins, Vinita Parmar and Faye Summers each bagged doubles, while James Ball and Tom Cowgill secured dominant wins in two of the week's toughest tests.

Stop Clockin' Feats

An AMRAP with a twist - Members drew random rep targets to tackle pressing movements, all to Block Rockin' Beats, of course. Aaron Stevens landed 8 sets, while Vinita Parmar and Faye Summers couldn't be separated at 5 sets apiece.

Dead Weight

A heavy start with a Deadlift five rep max where every percentage of bodyweight equalled points, followed by a pull-focussed point builder. James Ball hauled his way to 320 points, and Vinita Parmar clinched her win by two points at 251.

Gas Tank

Rower sprints, Squat Slams, and Burpee Deadlift Jumps designed to drain every ounce of energy. Tom Cowgill powered home in 07:41, while Faye Summers gritted through for an 08:50 finish, marking her 26th victory of the year so far.

With the Feats leaderboard tighter than ever for the men, and new winners emerging on the weekly for the women, August promises some fierce competition in both divisions. For now, congratulations to our fantastic five this week!

Feats

21.07 to 25.07

After last week's Member-made mayhem, the reins returned to Coach Joe and his cruel creations this week as each of the Feats began with an opportunity for personal bests, adding a dose of risk-reward to the leaderboard battles.

Press Start

Opening with a Bench Press five rep max where every percentage of bodyweight lifted equated to a point, before completing a concoction of push-based exercises to fail, Rob Conway racked up a winning 301 points, and Faye Summers scored 288.

Drag Race

After a Deadlift five rep max to spike the system, Members launched into a sprint of Swings, Slams, and Rows. Alex Herrmann flew through it in 04:01, while Holly Kelly clocked in at 03:48. No breathers, no mercy, but no bother for Alex and Holly.

Five Deep

After attempting a five rep max on the Smith Machine Squat, and doubling your points if successful, Members dropped into a 5-minute lower-body AMSAP. Jez Grove hit 22 after a 95 kilo Squat, and Sam Young shared the win with Holly on 20.

A big well done to our six victors. Three new trials await this week: Stop Clockin' Feats, Dead Weight, and Gas Tank, with all three chasing points, pride, and personal records. These next creations are as unforgiving as they are unforgettable!

Circular metal wheel with a center hub and spokes radiating outwards.

Feats

14.07 to 18.07

This week saw Aaron Stevens and Rob Conway pull level with fifteen Feats wins apiece in 2025 alone, training partners Sophie Entwisle and Sarah Dauncey proved it pays to suffer together, and Holly Kelly's purple patch continues.

Chest Robbery

A Feat concocted and conquered by Rob Conway, this 03:20 AMSAP demanded repeating rounds of pressing madness. Rob hit 17 sets to pip Pete Campbell by a single point, and Sophie Entwisle clocked in 13 sets to win it for the women.

Lock That Body

A Coach-designed core crusher started with Russian Twists and ended with a Hollow Hold - break, and your points plummeted. Aaron Stevens showed up with military focus to score 130, and Sarah Dauncey scored 118 for her second win in a row.

Wild Ryde

Constructed by Elise Wild and Millie Ryde, this leg-day cyclone paired Cycle Sprints with lower body supersets and ended with a score reversing Wall Sit. Aaron's tactical pacing earned him a score of -00:20, and Holly Kelly scored 01:35.

We're back to Coach Joe's cruel creations only next week, with a fresh look to the Feats and the return of Wins (of the week) - if those personal bests turn up, they're getting shouted about! Time to turn those reps into records. Let's get to work.

Last Stand

90 seconds of Smith Squats, Split Deadlifts, Leg Extensions, and Lunges before a Wall Sit where every second clawed precious points, Pete Campbell ground out 276, and Vinita Parmar obliterated her opposition with a monstrous 331.

All in all, a week that left delts DOMSing, cores cracking, and quads quaking. Now we look ahead to this week's Member-made Feats by Rob Conway, Elise Wild, and Millie Ryde, who are bringing their own brand of torture to the Björnstrxng Gym.

Feats

30.06 to 04.07

Rob Conway and Faye Summers remain as the current Feats king and queen of 2025, Aaron Stevens and Holly Kelly plunged into the Plank to post negative scores, and Tom Cowgill and Vinita Parmar crushed the cardio course.

The Big Three

A six-minute showcase saw Members grind through two minutes each of Bench Press, Deadlifts, and Squats. Rob Conway scored 180 reps for Feat number fourteen of the year, and Faye Summers scored 176 for her twenty-second win.

Crunch Time

A gauntlet of exercises were rounded off by the dreaded Plank reverser - where the longer you hold, the deeper your final score dives. Aaron Stevens's effort flipped him 4 seconds below, and Holly Kelly smashed it with a score of -01:57.

Zero to Sixty

A Wall Sit surged into a 60-calorie Row, and wrapped with 60 reps each of Slams, Dips, and Squats. Tom Cowgill tore through it in 07:55, with Vinita Parmar hot on his heels at 09:25 to win it in the female division by a close 7 seconds.

Congratulations to Rob, Faye, Aaron, Holly, Tom, and Vinita for tackling this tough trio of Feats head-on. With even tougher tests around the corner, we'll see who's ready to rewrite the notorious Feats leaderboards in the coming week.

James Ball broke his drought, Faye Summers bagged a brace, Ben Crutchley and Rob Conway couldn't be separated, Tom Cowgill won Feat number eleven, and Sam Young proved why her weight loss in more than just scale talk.

Battle Tested

James Ball rose to the occasion with 150 reps, while Faye Summers pushed through Lateral Raises, Walk Outs, Bench Dips and more for 141 - putting in maximum graft before taking her feet out the game for a while post-foot surgery.

Arm4geddon

Four exercises, four minutes, zero room for excuses. Ben Crutchley and Rob Conway both finished with a monstrous 194 reps, and Faye Summers edged out Sam Young by just 10 as she scored 150 reps for her second Feats win of the week.

Engine Room

Five minutes of legs and lungs. Tom Cowgill cranked out 92 points to secure his eleventh Feat of the year, while Sam Young's new metabolic horsepower carried her to 104 - retribution at its finest as she finished 10 points ahead of Faye.

Congrats to James, Faye, Ben, Rob, Tom and Sam - all six Members threw themselves into the grind this week, whether that meant battling the burn, chasing down rivals, or simply outlasting the clock. More big efforts await next week.

Feats

16.06 to 20.06

After last week's strength saga left our Björnstrxng Members complaining for days, this week saw a sharp pivot into endurance as Brad Cole, Aaron Stevens, Tom Cowgill, Holly Kelly, and Sophie Entwisle battled their way to the top spots.

100 Club

Four exercises. Four hundred reps. In his second week back with us, Brad Cole smashed out Bench Press, Bench Dips. Lateral Raises, and Shoulder Taps in 07:09. Sophie Entwisle wasn't far behind, claiming the women's win with a gritty 09:04.

Back in Business

Endurance met static strength as Aaron Stevens and Holly Kelly proved they've got the grip and grit of champions, clocking 336 and 480 points respectively. Aaron is now neck-and-neck with Rob Conway for most male Feat wins in 2025 so far.

Canal Quest

The 1km slog around fields and canal paths, flanked by weighted exercises, saw Tom Cowgill conquer the Red Trail in 08:00, while Aaron Stevens stormed the Green Trail in 07:20. Somewhere in Lichfield, Coach Joe is still catching his breath!

With the weather taking a classic turn for the worse this week, we're heading back indoors. This week's line-up is all about intensity, high-reps, and point-building chaos designed to test the toughest. For now, congrats to our five Feats phenoms!

Feats

09.06 to 13.06

It was a week of graft and glory as Rob Conway and Sam Young pressed their way into the winner's circle, Dave Mellor and Vinita Parmar dragged their way to dubs, and Callum Griffiths and Sophie Entwisle proved they don't skip leg day.

Over & Out

Kicking things off with a spicy combo of shoulder punishment: Smith Machine Presses, Around the Worlds, Clean and Press, and an Overhead Hold Finisher. Rob Conway - 14 points - and Sam Young - 16 points - raised the bar and the roof.

Yank Bank

Pulling power was required across three rounds and a soul-taxing finisher. Dave Mellor finished his final full week at Björnstrxng with a time of 07:42, and Vinita Parmar smashed a time of 09:59 whilst also battling against a chest infection.

The Legacy

Supersets of Leg Extensions with Squat Slams, Box Squats, and Alien Squats were no match for Callum Griffiths, who bagged his first ever Feats win with a clean 300 reps. Sophie Entwisle also topped the chart with a score of 310 repetitions.

With a taxing trio of Feats birthing six winners, it was an all-rounder of a week. Next week's line-up isn't getting any easier. For now though, congrats to Rob Conway, Sam Young, Dave Mellor, Vinita Parmar, Callum Griffiths, and Sophie Entwisle!

Feats

02.06 to 06.06

Rob Conway, Aaron Stevens, and Pete Campbell continued their relentless run of form in the 2025 Feats, Sophie Entwisle made a stylish return to the top, and recent Milestones champ Holly Kelly helped herself to a cheeky double.

Pressure Cooker

Members tackled pressing movements with only 10 seconds of mercy between exercises. Rob Conway Bench Pressed and Push-Upped his way to 173 points, while Sophie Entwisle re-lit the fuse with 123, closing with the Hammer Hold.

Backfire

4 minutes and 30 seconds of pulling power through Slams and Rows, with each 45 second exercise hitting harder than the last. Aaron Stevens return from his hiatus with a bang, notching 120 points, while Holly Kelly pulled in 89 with ease.

Quads of War

A leg destroyer where the only escape was faster reps. Pete Campbell fired through four rounds in 04:30, just ahead of Holly Kelly's 04:58 in the female division. Jumping Box Squats paired with Cycle Sprints? Brutal, and very Björnstrxng.

The coming rendition of Feats from 10.06 to 13.06 brings a fresh look as Over & Out, Yank Bank, and The Legacy await our Members. Push and press mayhem, pull galore, and a legs test that promises to leave its mark. See you on the gym floor!

Feats

26.05 to 30.05

Rob Conway once again did the double, Jez Grove claimed his fourth win of 2025, Faye Summers sits one away from a remarkable twenty, and Holly Kelly and Kate Pearce defied the odds with big performances and even bigger grit.

Coach's Pick

A Bench Press five-rep max kicked things off before launching into a four-minute AMSAP of pressing chaos, capped by high-rep Bench Dips. Rob Conway led the charge with 367 points, while Faye Summers pushed through for 293.

Backlash

Things got pull-heavy with a Trap Bar Deadlift five-rep max, followed by a pulling-based AMSAP, before a brutal weighted Plank points-builder to finish. Rob muscled his way to 456 points, while Holly Kelly brought the fire with 383.

Below the Belt

A Smith Machine Squat five-rep max opened the door to an AMSAP of quad crushers, topped off with a Wall Sit for the finisher. Jez Grove scored 260, and Kate Pearce delivered a standout 232 - proof her knee rehab has gone full circle.

It was a week of five-rep maxes, quad-quaking finishers, and huge performances across the board. With personal bests stacking up and momentum building, the next rendition of Björnstrxng's notorious Feats are shaping up to be even bigger.

Feats

19.05 to 23.05

Rob Conway was at the double, Faye Summers made history with her third clean sweep - and is still the only Member to ever do so, and the AMSAP leaderboard saw a rare four-way tie, proving that leg day builds both strength and solidarity.

The Flexecutioner

Rob Conway - 170 points - and Faye Summers - 213 points - crushed The Flexecutioner, a pressing-heavy points builder featuring the Incline Press, Push Press, Bench Dips, and the dreaded Crucifix Hold, leaving shoulders screaming.

HIIT Happens

They weren't done. Rob - 04:17 - and Faye - 04:27 - went full throttle in HIIT Happens, a gasping, grunting speed Feat made up of three 250m Rows laced with cardio and core intervals, before competing in a time-reversing Dead Hang.

Rock Bottom

Rock Bottom lived up to its name as Pete Campbell, Dave Mellor, James Ball, and Jez Grove all hit 9 brutal sets of quad-and-glute punishment. Faye, not content with two wins, smashed through 12 sets to once again take the women's title.

So, in summary: Rob doubles up, Faye hits another historic hat-trick, and the lads agree that leg day is still evil. With June around the corner and the heat dialling up, next week's Feats promise to be sweatier, snappier, and just as savage.

Feats

28.04 to 16.05

Jony Ellis and Denyse Price powered through five brutal holds, while Dave Mellor and Faye Summers went forearm-first. Tom Cowgill and Faye took on the clock - and gravity - to bring home wins number nine and fifteen of 2025, respectively.

Static Standoff

Jony Ellis racked up an impressive 625 points to claim his first Feats win of 2025, while Denyse Price cruised to her fourth victory of the year with 478 points, crushing holds like the Crucifix and Overhead like they were a warm-up.

Radialis Riot

With just under four minutes to get through as many sets as possible, Dave Mellor banged out 13 sets of pain featuring Plate Curls and Dead Rows. Faye Summers wasn't far behind with 11 sets, with her arms powered by pure determination.

Backpacking

Adding a cruel twist to leg day, a 10kg backpack was strapped on for every movement as Tom Cowgill conquered the lot in 06:01, flying through the Treadmill and Jumping Box Squats. Faye won it for the women with a time of 06:47.

After a couple of weeks off during Coach Joe's holiday, the Björnstrxng community clearly came back hungrier for success than ever, and with an even fiercer trio of showdowns planned for the coming week, we are well and truly back to business.

Feats

22.04 to 25.04

This week's Feats saw Sam Young muscle her way to a second win of the year, Aaron Stevens and Faye Summers keep their hot streak sizzling with double dubs, and Jez Grove outsmart the field to carve out a crafting victory.

Press Conference

Aaron Stevens won his first of two by way of Press Conference; a push-oriented points builder that tested his Bench Press five rep max before being launched into speed work. He scored 183, and Sam Young won it for the women with 155.

HIIT IT

To HIT IT by the Black Eyed Peas, Aaron and Faye Summers - both with 15 completed sets - undertook four-minutes of pull-based high intensity interval training, featuring Slams, Renegade Rows, Dead Rows, Deadlifts, and more.

Quad Quest

Jez Grove and Faye Summers forged their own paths to victory as their respective scores of 87 and 120 were accumulated through five quads exercises. Each exercise had its own points per completed set. The harder the exercise, the higher the points.

With Sam powering through, Aaron and Faye doubling down, and Jez playing it smart, this week's champs showed that brains and brawn are a winning combo. With Coach Joe away from May 5th to 14th, next week's Feats are coming in hot!

Feats

14.04 to 18.04

David Jordan - 180 points - and Hannah White - 179 points - powered through punishing plate work as their delts were dominated through a Plate Press to fail, Plate Lateral Raises, a Plate Overhead Press, and a Front Raise Hold finisher.

Through a fast-paced grip gauntlet that blended a Dead Hang qualifier, Farmer's Carries, Hammer Curls, TRX Pull Ups, and a score reversing Barbell Hold, Aaron Stevens - 00:56 - and Faye Summers - 01:20 - scored the speediest times.

Pump & Jump

Faye won her second Feat of the week via a two-part AMSAP that brought over six minutes of lower body mayhem through the combination of strength movements and explosive jump work. Like Faye, Tom Cowgill scored 18 to win it for the men.

With plates flying, grips failing, and quads bruised, the latest Feats proved once again: pain is temporary, but bragging rights last until this Friday. Congratulations David Jordan, Hannah White, Aaron Stevens, Faye Summers, and Tom Cowgill!

Delt Melt

Five-minutes of deltoid toil came in the form of repping out as many Cross Jabs, Front Raises, Lateral Raises, Shoulder Presses, and Push Presses as possible. Rob Conway - 220 - and Denyse Price - 180 - impressively out-repped their opposition.

Row & Go

Row & Go saw our first ever double hat-trick of wins as James Ball, Aaron Stevens, and Alex Herrmann bagged 11 sets in just over four-minutes, and Vinita Parmar, Sam Young, and Holly Kelly scored a perfect 10 to win it for the women.

Quads Quickfire

A 1.0km Cycle was followed by ten lots of Long Jumps, Deadlift Jumps, and Farmer's Walks as quickly as possible, all before a time reversing Leg Extension Hold. Tom Cowgill clocked in at 01:02, and Kate Pearce scored a time of 01:21.

Rob and Denyse might be icing those shoulders for a while, our double hat-trick crew are likely still grunting in good spirit over shared glory, and Tom and Kate may be giving parkrun a miss thanks to jelly legs. Bring on next week's rendition!

Feats

24.03 to 28.03

Rob Conway and Vinita Parmar's triceps got the workout of their lives, James Ball flew through Tom Price's torture track, Toby Barnes and Luke Farrington squatted like their lives depended on it, and Sophie Entwisle bags two wins.

Squat Symphony

It was a rare draw at the top of the table on the leg-based Feat of the week as Toby Barnes and Luke Farrington's 5 completed rounds won them their first Feats of the year. Sophie Entwisle's 7 completed rounds won her second Feat of the week.

Rob and Vinita's arms may never recover, James might still be catching his breath, Toby and Luke are probably avoiding stairs for a week, and Sophie? Well, she's just busy celebrating - twice. A huge effort from all as we head into the summer.

Feats

17.03 to 21.03

David Jordan and Paula Olsson set the bar for the week, Dave Mellor and Hannah White curled until their arms considered early retirement, and Tom Cowgill and Sophie Entwisle left the their quads' fate to the roll of a dice.

The Barsetter

Kicking off with a Bench Press five-rep max - with each percentage of bodyweight contributing to time knocked off in a bar-based speed round - David Jordan clocked in at 01:35, and Paula Olsson won her seventh Feat of the year with 01:25.

Dead Arm

With the exercise changing every minute for four minutes, Members repped as many Hammer Curls, Wide Curls, Straight Curls, and Reverse Curls as possible. Dave Mellor - 153 - and Hannah White - 174 - completed the most repetitions.

Campbell Gamble

Created by our own Pete Campbell, a playful blend of leg exercises were left in the fate of a dice roll. In five painful minutes, Tom Cowgill scored 18 sets, and Sophie Entwisle scored 17 sets, securing them both their sixth Feats wins of 2025.

It was a week of grit, gains, and questionable life choices as our six Feats phenoms - David, Paula, Dave, Hannah, Tom, and Sophie - earn big wins. Strength, endurance, and a little bit of luck - because why not keep fitness as unpredictable as DOMS?

Feats

10.03 to 14.03

Pete Campbell and Sophie Entwisle put on pacy push performances, Oli Duffy and Sam Cowgill dominate their categories in Eliot Dunn's core creation, and Tom Cowgill and Denyse Price rank first in Hannah White's quad concoction.

The Great White

Whipped up by July 2024 Milestones winner Hannah White, Members would complete Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, a Wall Sit and more, building as many points as possible. Tom Cowgill's 241 and Denyse Price's 184 topped the tables.

It was six steadfast spectacles as Pete, Sophie, Oli, Sam, Tom, and Denyse seize their victories in this week's rendition of the Feats, with commendation also going to Björnstrxng newcomer Holly Kelly for her first podium finish of the year.

Ben Crutchley comes in clutch, running partners Denyse Price and Hannah White get their first dubs of 2025, Dave Mellor wins his fourth Feat of the year through gritted teeth, and Tom Cowgill and Faye Summers showcase speed.

Dip & Drive

Ben Crutchley should consider a name change to Ben 'Clutchley' as his decisive performance in the latter stages of the week racked up 309 points and a win on his Feats debut. Denyse Price also won her first of the year with a score of 279.

Curl Crusade

Rob Conway tapped into his sadistic side when constructing this week's Member-made Feat. Dave Mellor pipped the aforementioned creator with 1,505 through a series of bicep exercises, and Hannah White won it for the women with 1,895.

Jump!

In one of the most wearing Feats to date, Members had five lots of thirty-seconds to complete as many repetitions as possible through jump-themed exercises. In two-and-a-half minutes, Tom Cowgill scored 100, and Faye Summers scored 111.

Seeing new victors emerge in the Feats is a testament to the depth of ability and continued progression within the Björnstrxng Gym, so a big well done to our Feats frontrunners for the week just gone, both new and old. Keep up the momentum.

Feats

24.02 to 28.02

Two braces and two speedy showings formed the four prevailing performances in this week's Feats as Rob Conway, Sam Baker-Smith, Aaron Stevens, and Sophie Entwisle sustain recognition as some of Björnstrxng's top performers in 2025.

Heavy Hitter

Rob Conway won his first of two Feats through a concoction of point building pushing exercises. He scored 177 points to win it for the men, and Sam Baker-Smith won it for the women in absence of her training partner, Paula, with 178 points.

Back Burnout

Five exercises, five repetitions, five-minutes. Rob's brace came courtesy of 15 sets on a pull-themed AMSAP, and Sam Baker-Smith twinned his double Feats win by pipping Faye Summers in the latter stages of the week with 16 completed sets.

Quick Step

Speed was the name of the game in the final Feat of the week as Aaron Stevens and Sophie Entwisle topped their respective divisions through Farmer's Carries, Deadlift Jumps, and more. Both scored 02:22 to continue their hot starts to 2025.

Rob's twofold dub places him at the top of the 2025 Members table as his achievements tally 36 points. Sam is one Feat away from Faye's eight, and Aaron and Sophie maintain healthy positions in the 2025 Members table with 23 points.

Feats

17.02 to 21.02

You'd know nothing of the cold weather as the heat rises in the Björnstrxng Gym ahead of Recömp 3 as Aaron Stevens, Paula Olsson, Sophie Entwisle, Pete Campbell, and Jez Grove earn their way to the top of the Feats tables.

Push the Tempo

To Sub Focus & Katy B's Push the Tempo, Aaron Stevens's 16 sets of push-based exercises pipped Rob Conway's 15 to steal the Feats victory on this occasion. Paula Olsson won her first of two Feats as her score of 15 won it in the female division.

Back-to-Back-to-Back

Despite two weeks away from the Björnstrxng Gym, Sophie Entwisle's ice climbing escapades clearly kept her in fine fettle as she scored 204 points through three back-based point builders. Pete Campbell's 211 won it convincingly for the men.

Quadsruple

A quad-set of quadriceps, Jez Grove - 77 - and Paula Olsson - 98 - conquered timed Trap Bar Carries, the Vertical Leg Press to fail, a two-minute Cycle, and a Leg Extension Hold to fail to secure their first and sixth Feats of 2025 so far.

Paula couldn't quite match Faye Summers's historical record from the last trio of Feats; however, she will give it a good go in the upcoming week ahead of her holiday to Thailand. Aaron, Paula, Pete, Sophie, and Jez, congratulations on your victories.

A diagram of a wheel showing its internal structure.

Feats

10.02 to 12.02

Coach Joe's holiday meant that a half-week at the Björnstrxng Gym translated double efforts from our resilient Members as Aaron Stevens, Faye Summers, Dave Mellor, Sam Baker-Smith, and Paula Olsson topped the Feats tables.

Triple Threat

Faye Summers won her first of three Feats this week through completing three lots of Push Press, Lateral Raises, Dips, and more. A score of 03:52 decimated her opposition, and Aaron Stevens won it by nine-seconds for the men with 04:30.

Row Big or Row Home

Dave Mellor - 05:10 - and Faye Summers - 05:38 - opted to 'Row Big' as their speedy scores via Dead Rows, Renegade Rows, Kettlebell Rows, TRX Pull Ups, and the Rower earned their third and seventh wins of the year, respectively.

Legs on Fire

Courtesy of Vinita Parmar, Members had the duration of one of two fire-themed tunes to finish as many sets as possible. Paula Olsson and Faye were even at 21 in the shorter volume, and Sam Baker-Smith's 26 won her the extended rendition.

Faye's hattrick of Feats wins means that she has become the only Björnstrxng Member to not only win all three Feats on one occasion, but now on two separate. A big hand to our five winners, and congratulations to our Feats figurehead, Faye!

Feats

03.02 to 07.02

Aaron Stevens pushes his way to a second Feats win, Faye Summers is at the double for her fourth and fifth wins of 2025, our two youngest Members earn big dubs, and Rob Conway is back to his best after an injury-stricken January.

Double Trouble

Aaron Stevens - 05:42 - and Faye Summers - 04:17 - completed two quint-sets of pushing exercises back-to-back for their second and fourth respective Feats wins of the year, performing amicably through Push Presses, Banded Dips, and more.

Lull Before Lift

Björnstrxng's two youngest Members, Oli Duffy, 14, and Millie Ryde, 17, showcased their fearlessness and buoyancy as they both scored over 500 points through a Dead Hang, Trap Bar Deadlift, L-Sit Hold, and Barbell Deadlift.

Quadpocalypse

A quad-focussed five-minute AMSAP saw Rob Conway push through physical and mental exhaustion to complete 13 sets, a welcomed win after a tough start to the year injury-wise. Faye's 14 earned her second Feat of the week and fifth of 2025.

Big performances indeed from our 'fantastic five' this week, with special mentions going to Dave Pearce for his first ever top two finish, and Elle Turner for placing second in her Feats debut after scoring 11 sets on the unforgiving Quadpocalypse.
