Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out the responsibilities, commitments, and expectations for all Members using Bjornstrxng Ltd. services. They are designed to maintain fairness, clarity, and consistency across all Personal Training and Online Training settings. By accessing or purchasing any service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms, allowing us to provide structured, safe, and effective coaching while ensuring both you and your coach operate from the same transparent foundation from the off.


Memberships & Payments

All Personal Training sessions, Memberships, classes, and Online Training packages must be paid in full before the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments must remain active and up to date to reserve your training slots and ensure consistent service delivery. Sessions may only be attended once payment has been received, allowing us to manage scheduling fairly and maintain reliability for all Members. These payment terms protect the time, planning, and preparation required to deliver high-quality coaching.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

We operate a strict 72-hour cancellation policy for all sessions to maintain fairness and protect your coach’s schedule. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the session time will count as attended and cannot be stored, regardless of the circumstances. This ensures consistency for every Member and protects the preparation time that goes into each session. If the decision to end training is mutually agreed between coach and Member, no cancellation fee will apply, allowing flexibility in genuine shared circumstances.


Membership Termination

If you intend to stop training, you must provide at least two weeks’ notice before the next payment date. Failure to give notice will result in a late-cancellation fee equal to 25% of the upcoming payment, and further action may be taken if this fee is not settled. This policy applies to both Persona Training and Online Training, ensuring fairness in scheduling, programme planning, and workload management. Notice must be given directly to your coach so that all arrangements are documented and clear.


Session Lateness

If you arrive late to your Personal Training session, the remaining time will be used as effectively as possible to deliver a productive workout. Sessions cannot be extended past the scheduled end time, as doing so would impact other Members and disrupt the timetable. Consistently arriving on time helps maintain your progress and ensures you receive the full benefit of the session. We encourage all Members to arrive promptly to maximise their training experience and maintain momentum.


Online Coaching Responsibilities

Online Training requires consistent engagement between Member and coach to ensure accurate adjustments and continued progress. Members must complete check-ins, provide weekly updates, and communicate any changes to health, routine, or goals so that programmes can be updated correctly. Without these updates, progress may slow and programme changes may be limited. We will always guide and support you, but Online Training is a shared commitment that relies on timely communication.


Health & Medical Responsibility

From day one, you will be asked to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, medical situations, or professional advice so that your programme can be designed safely. Bjornstrxng Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from undisclosed information or failure to follow medical guidance. By participating in Personal Training or Online Training, you acknowledge that training carries inherent physical risk and agree to communicate openly to ensure safe and appropriate programming at all times.


Use of Facilities & Equipment

All equipment must be used correctly, respectfully, and in line with coaching instructions to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others. If your coach is not present for whatever reason, Members are expected to follow guidance and behave appropriately within any training facility. Bjornstrxng Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the atmosphere of training. This ensures a positive and professional environment for all Members.


Digital Content & App Usage

All training materials provided - including digital plans, app content, PDFs, tutorial videos, and written guides - remain the intellectual property of Bjornstrxng Ltd. unless stated otherwise by your coach. This content is for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed in any form. Any breach of this may result in loss of access to materials or removal from the coaching service. These conditions protect the quality and originality of the programme you receive.


Liability

Bjornstrxng Ltd is not liable for injuries, health issues, or complications arising from Personal Training or Online Training sessions, misuse of equipment, failure to follow coaching instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions. While we are committed to providing professional, safe, and well-structured guidance, participation in physical exercise is done at your own risk. By engaging in any service, you accept responsibility for training safely and following your coach’s advice closely to minimise risk.


Updates to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain aligned with industry standards, service improvements, and legal requirements. Any changes will be posted clearly on our website, and you will also be notified of these changes by your coach. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these revisions. These updates allow us to maintain a transparent, fair, and up-to-date agreement that supports both Members and coaches effectively.
