Björnrox I lands on 25 July at 12pm at Lichfield Rugby Club - a Viking-themed duos competition built for battle. Set on the second pitch, this Hyrox-inspired test demands pacing, grit, and teamwork as partners take on the course together.
Preparation is part of the challenge. 8 weeks prior to the event, each competitor receives an 8-week Linx Performance programme worth £160, built to develop everything required for the day. You'll also receive an exclusive Björnrox event tee.
This is a mixed gender event, where you can choose your partner or be assigned one, with entry set at £60 per head. Björnrox I is competitive, community-driven, and built to test you - before the day closes with a social to celebrate the effort.
