Kinex

Kinex is our two to four person, low-tempo Circuit Training experience designed to reconnect body and mind. Each 30-minute session blends purposeful movement with functional strength work, helping you move better and feel stronger.


With a focus on mobility, balance, and longevity, these group sessions build resilience through mindful intensity - not exhaustion. Every movement is intentional, and every circuit is designed to improve how you move day to day.


Memberships run on direct debit and give you access to sessions throughout the month, with options for one, two, or three weekly sessions. Join with friends or become part of an existing group - building strength and connection together.

Gold
£180 P/M Direct Debit


Gold Membership gives you access to all three Kinex sessions per week, offering the highest level of consistency and results. It's designed for anyone ready to fully commit to improving mobility, balance, and long-term strength with us.


Your Kinex Gold Membership is paid via direct debit at the start of each month, giving you simple, predictable access to every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evening session, helping you build rhythm and routine around training.


Sessions aren't ticked off individually, because you're committing to your training in advance. This creates accountability while giving you the freedom to attend any suitable small-group slot each week to achieve the results you're looking for.

Silver

£140 P/M Direct Debit


Silver Membership includes two Kinex sessions per week, providing a balanced weekly training rhythm that supports meaningful progress without overwhelming your schedule - ideal for creating consistency whilst maintaining flexibility.


Payment is taken via direct debit at the start of each month, giving you access to your chosen sessions across the training block. This setup keeps things organised, allowing you to plan your training while staying connected to the group environment.


As with every Kinex Membership, sessions aren't deducted individually, as your weekly commitment is made at the start of each cycle. This promotes structure, reduces decision fatigue, and keeps you building momentum with a clear routine.

Bronze

£80 P/M Direct Debit


Bronze Membership gives you one Kinex session per week, offering a manageable entry point into mobility and strength work, perfect if you are new to this style of training or are complimenting other forms of exercise throughout the week.


Your Membership runs via direct debit at the start of each month, giving you access to your chosen weekly session, keeping your month organised while still giving you the benefits of small-group coaching and guided, purposeful movement.


Sessions aren't ticked off individually, as the emphasis is on committing to a consistent weekly presence. This ensures you maintain structure, build confidence over time, and continue moving forward with a clear and sustainable training routine.
